ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our operations department, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is key to maintaining our restaurant's high standards of service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations, team development, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership position perfect for a motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams. Responsibilities range from employee training and performance management to inventory control and guest service excellence. The Assistant General Manager will be integral in ensuring smooth shifts, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and upholding the brand's philosophy and image. In addition to operational duties, this leadership role involves supporting and coaching team members to foster growth and uphold the culture that distinguishes our restaurant.
