The role being offered is a full-time Medical Receptionist position within the 05721 GCMG Executive Health: Southpark - Executive Health Concierge Care department. Working a variable shift with a 40-hour workweek, the receptionist is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks essential to patient care and operational efficiency. This includes managing multi-line calls, scheduling confirmations, patient check-ins, payments processing, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position requires a high level of professionalism and communication skills as the receptionist interacts regularly with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff. The role also entails physical tasks such as filing, stocking supplies, and managing mail.
