The current opportunity is for a leadership role within Drury Hotels' Operations team located at 700 N. Water Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As part of the Operations Leadership team, you will take charge of providing expert leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring that exceptional guest service is delivered consistently. Your responsibilities will include training, developing, and coaching team members to enable them to succeed in their respective roles. This role demands a focus on key business metrics like quality, service, profitability, and team engagement, with an emphasis on modeling quality assurance best practices daily. The operational leader is responsible for meeting or exceeding all established performance measures, thus playing a pivotal role in the continued success of the hotel.
