The Westin Tempe, a proud member of the Crescent Hotels & Resorts family, is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join their esteemed team. The role of Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is integral to the hotel's operations, responsible for overseeing multiple dining venues which include casual coffee shops and fine dining establishments. The candidate will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to implement innovative service initiatives and uphold excellent standards across all food and beverage outlets. The candidate will also occasionally travel between hotel locations as part of their duties. With a minimum of five years experience in senior food and beverage management, preferably within luxury hotel environments, the successful applicant will bring proven expertise in managing diverse teams and overseeing operations for multiple dining venues. The position demands exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to lead and inspire teams, and a deep understanding of current food and beverage trends.
