The role of Assistant Director of Beverage Operations at Spokane Tribe Resort Casino is a senior leadership position tasked with overseeing all aspects of beverage service across the property’s various outlets. Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in driving operational success through strategic leadership, superior financial management, and compliance oversight. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage a diverse team of beverage managers, supervisors, and staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
The Assistant Director leads daily beverage operations, ensuring bars meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency. They are responsible for managing budgets, forecasting demand, controlling labor, and maintaining inventory efficiency to meet profitability goals. Strong business acumen and financial expertise are necessary to monitor costs and recommend improvements that optimize revenue while upholding quality.                 - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field
 - Minimum seven years of progressive beverage operations experience in a casino resort or multi-outlet environment with at least five years in a senior management role
 - Ability to obtain and maintain applicable Gaming License through the Spokane Tribal Gaming Commission
 - Must have and maintain valid MAST Liquor permit as well as a Food Handlers Card
 - Strong knowledge of beverage operations mixology and industry trends
 - Proficiency in budgeting forecasting and cost management
 - Experience in procurement software and beverage delivery systems
 - Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
 - Ability to operate in a working environment with varying levels of crowds noise and smoke
 - Capability to stand and walk for long periods and lift or move up to 75lbs with or without assistance
