As a part-time Busperson working the AM shift at Hilton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. The Busperson is a key member of the food and beverage team, responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, assisting food servers, and supporting a clean and efficient dining environment. Duties include preparing tables with the correct service ware, folding napkins, serving beverages and bread, clearing dirty tableware, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at food stations. This role demands a strong attention to detail, good communication skills to interact with guests and team members, and the physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds through bustling environments. Beyond the core responsibilities, the Busperson may also perform supportive functions such as general cleaning tasks using approved hotel cleaning products, replenishing condiments and sidestands, responding to guest inquiries, assisting with special guest requests, greeting and seating guests, and attending required meetings.
