As the right hand to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager will engage directly with the team of baristas to recruit, train, and develop talent, ensuring the delivery of exceptional coffee experiences and friendly service. In this role, the Assistant Manager will champion customer satisfaction by acting as a host and ensuring that every patron has a positive and memorable experience. The candidate will lead by example, providing coaching and support to team members and promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and effective solutions. Visibility and accessibility on the floor are key, allowing the Assistant Manager to remain approachable and ready to assist wherever needed. Operational excellence is a critical focus, where the Assistant Manager will oversee daily café operations, uphold stringent health and safety compliance, and collaborate with market trainers to maintain beverage quality standards. • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality retail or food and beverage
