We are currently seeking an Assembly Technician I, an entry-level position ideal for those who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn various fabrication, assembly, and warehouse operations. This role requires working with both metal and wood fabrication while assembling and testing mechanical and electrical components. The Assembly Technician I position plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and quality standards of our production and warehouse processes. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $28 and is suited for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment. Duties include proficiency with basic hand and power tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, levels, wrenches, drills, saws, grinders, and staple guns. The role also demands physical stamina as it involves lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling packages and materials regularly. The technician is responsible for assembling orders, preparing shipments, maintaining complete paperwork, organizing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the work environment. The role requires strong communication skills to foster a positive team atmosphere and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
