This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in temperature-controlled environments. Schedules may include early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. The ideal candidate will have one year or less of experience in a bakery or grocery setting and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important, as the role often involves prioritizing customer orders and ensuring the timely replenishment of bakery displays. • Preferred: zero to one (0-1) years produce/grocery experience
• Preferred: one (1) year experience in bakery setting
• Ability to work in varying temperature-controlled environments
• Available to work early morning shift as required by manager including weekdays, weekends and holidays
• May be required to lift up to 80-85lbs
• Ability to stand or walk at least 10 hours daily
