This position also requires physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts, as well as the ability to lift and maneuver significant weights. • Must be at least 18 years old
• must have experience in Asian or Oriental cuisine
• must have experience in wok or dim sum, grill and saute
• must be able to stand and walk the duration of shift, lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds
• able to perform physical activities including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting at the waist
• must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications
