• high school education or ged
• 1+ years of retail sales experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training
• specific hunting and archery knowledge and sales experience
• must have a detailed knowledge of all kinds of bows
• basic trapping knowledge is preferred
• maintain knowledge of archery department products
• must be able to provide excellent customer service with a focus on helping customers find the right product
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• efficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing work load
