The Windsor Court is currently seeking a dedicated Barback to join the team at its renowned Polo Club bar. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the bar services, ensuring that the environment is fully stocked, organized, and prepared to meet the needs of guests efficiently. As a Barback, your primary responsibility will be restocking the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware, while keeping an accurate inventory to support the bartenders and bar management. Maintaining a clean, orderly workspace is crucial to providing prompt and impeccable service and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in organizing supplies, cleaning bar stations and tables, and occasionally engaging with guests under the direction of bartenders or management. The Barback will also have access to sensitive areas such as the storage and liquor rooms, necessitating a high level of trust, reliability, and discretion.
