As a Custodial Worker at Saputo, your role is to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in designated areas of the plant, helping to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all employees. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a willingness to maintain high standards of hygiene that comply with food safety policies including GMP and GHP. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, restocking necessary sanitation supplies, managing trash disposal, and maintaining the cleanliness of multiple plant areas such as break rooms, entrances, and storm drains. The role demands physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing throughout the shift. Working overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required. Must be able to communicate in English including reading, writing and speaking
