The role of Safety Manager at ESFM is a remote position offering a competitive annual salary range of $140,000 to $165,000 with eligibility for bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits that contribute to overall employee wellness and job satisfaction. This key role is pivotal in reinforcing the safety culture within client locations by minimizing workplace injuries and claims through proactive safety and workers compensation management. The Safety Manager will drive safety training programs, conduct thorough site inspections, implement robust safety policies and procedures, and maintain consistent communication and compliance with client-specific safety standards. In this position, the Safety Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and support resource to local units, working closely with management teams to foster a safe working environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OSHA and relevant federal, state, and local regulations, assisting with loss prevention strategies, leading investigations and incident reporting, and monitoring workers’ compensation trends to develop injury management programs. The role involves regular interaction via meetings, conference calls, and site visits to uphold safety standards and cultivate ongoing safety awareness initiatives.
