This part-time position features a starting hourly wage of $22.50 and involves physically demanding tasks often performed during overnight or graveyard shifts. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning multiple buildings and areas within the Honda Center, including the arena itself, restrooms, backstage zones, restaurants, kitchens, locker rooms, offices, and parking lots. Your duties will encompass a variety of cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, carpet cleaning, and polishing metal and marble surfaces. This role requires working with an array of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery, and may occasionally involve exposure to hazardous substances such as bloodborne pathogens. Successful candidates will demonstrate a keen attention to safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment, proper chemical storage, and disposal practices.
