RH is currently looking for a Facilities Associate to join the team responsible for maintaining the high standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics at the RH Gallery. This role is essential to ensuring seamless maintenance and housekeeping operations, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of the gallery and the overall experience for visitors and staff alike. The Facilities Associate will collaborate closely with the Gallery Team to execute preventative maintenance, manage repairs, and uphold compliance with safety and health regulations. This position demands a proactive approach to facility upkeep and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple maintenance activities efficiently. In this role, the Facilities Associate is expected to plan and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities, oversee repairs across different areas of the facility—including buildings, grounds, and storage—and ensure the upkeep of equipment such as forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates. The role places significant importance on minimizing downtime through strategic scheduling of work orders and preventive maintenance practices. Additionally, the Facilities Associate is responsible for maintaining workplace safety in alignment with OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT standards, fostering a secure environment for all staff and visitors. The position involves physical responsibilities that require the ability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds, maneuver efficiently throughout the gallery space and storage areas, and perform activities that include standing, twisting, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
