The position open at W Dallas is a full-time management role integral to the strategic leadership of Hotel Operations including teams from Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. The salary for this role ranges from $105,000 to $144,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses, reflecting the seniority and responsibility that come with this position.
As the strategic business leader of the property’s Hotel Operations, this role demands a high level of expertise in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with both the brand’s standards and the unique needs of the Dallas market. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations and cultivating a motivated workforce that is aligned with the hotel’s goals. A critical aspect of the role is managing profitability and revenue goals by analyzing service issues, reviewing financial performance, and coaching teams to optimize occupancy rates and control expenses. Additionally, this role involves hands-on leadership in managing the guest experience, responding swiftly to feedback and complaints, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property to ensure service excellence.
Human resources management forms another core component of the role, with duties encompassing employee communication, performance management, goal setting, and fostering a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement. The individual will also play a pivotal role in administering property policies, overseeing disciplinary procedures, and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Local Standard Operating Procedures.
