Breeze Airways is currently seeking an Inflight Standards and Development Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the airline's commitment to safety and regulatory compliance within its inflight operations. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and driving inflight safety standards in line with federal regulations, company policies, and other governing bodies. As a key member of the inflight team, the specialist will ensure that inflight publications are accurate and clear, assist in the creation and revision of policies and procedures, and serve as a vital communication bridge between inflight services, safety, and training departments. Under the guidance of the Manager of Inflight Services Policies and Procedures, the Inflight Standards and Development Specialist plays a key role in identifying safety trends and recommending improvements to training curricula and operational procedures. The specialist's responsibilities include researching and revising inflight manuals, bulletins, and temporary revisions, managing document libraries, collaborating with multiple departments such as Flight Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Guest Empowerment, and ensuring that all safety and regulatory updates are incorporated and communicated effectively. The role requires strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret regulatory guidance and transform complex information into clear, user-friendly materials. This position also involves working closely with the Safety Department to monitor and analyze safety trends and craft safety-focused content for inflight communications and training programs. The specialist is expected to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and to thrive in a start-up environment that demands adaptability and collaboration.   • 2+ years inflight airline experience
  • Experience in technical writing and/or proofreading
  • Must attend and successfully complete Breeze inflight training and maintain flight attendant currency
  • Ability to assist in the operation and travel as necessary
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
