The role available is that of a Restaurant Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of a QDOBA restaurant. This position involves supervising all operational functions with a particular focus on fostering a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction and employee development. The Restaurant Manager will actively contribute to achieving sales goals, managing food and labor costs, and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and legal regulations. This leadership role requires an individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers faster, accurate service and maintains high standards across all areas. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in recruitment, training, coaching, and retaining staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that reduces turnover and promotes career advancement. As part of this position, the Restaurant Manager will oversee initiatives to increase catering sales, participate in marketing programs, and implement long-term sales growth strategies. The manager is also accountable for the comprehensive management of food inventory, safety procedures, and employee performance evaluations.
