The role of Kitchen Manager at Aspen Creek Grill is pivotal to the seamless operations of the back of house. This position requires a hands-on leader who is deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of kitchen operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts. The Kitchen Manager oversees the daily functioning of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
