The Dietary Worker position at Aramark plays a crucial role in supporting patient meal services primarily through phone and software systems. This role serves as a vital link between patients and various hospital departments, ensuring nutritional needs are met accurately and efficiently. The role is typically performed within a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment where each interaction is recorded and assessed for quality assurance. The Dietary Worker must maintain a friendly, professional, and adaptable approach to customer service, handling patient meal orders, responding to inquiries, and escalating issues when necessary. This role requires a good understanding of therapeutic diets and close collaboration with healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and the food and nutrition team to deliver compliant meal services.
This is an hourly position, with a compensation range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
