The Catering Delivery Driver position at QDOBA is a dynamic and engaging role that combines safe and timely food delivery with frontline customer interaction. Beyond delivery duties, drivers also contribute as crew members during non-delivery times, supporting general restaurant operations and ensuring that every guest receives excellent service. This role includes responsibilities such as obtaining guests' signatures upon delivery, maintaining accurate delivery logs, unloading and arranging food and drinks with care, and strategically loading orders to maximize efficiency. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit are crucial, as drivers work closely with the entire restaurant team to maintain operational excellence. Compensation for this role ranges from $13.50 to $17.50 per hour, and catering delivery drivers are eligible to receive a flat rate catering service fee for qualifying orders, providing additional earning opportunities. QDOBA prioritizes safety and compliance by requiring delivery drivers to have reliable, clean vehicles with up-to-date registration and insurance, valid driver’s licenses, and clean driving records free of DUI/DWI offenses in the past five years.
