• 2 years’ international trip planning or part 91/135 scheduling dispatching experience
• bachelor’s degree specializing in Aviation or Meteorology
• ability to work a varying schedule including nights and weekends
• high level of written and verbal communication skills
• strong customer service orientation and ability to sustain professionalism under extreme pressure
• high level of problem solving skills
• proficient computer and typing skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows based program
• must have a strong geographic knowledge
