• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations
• Familiarity with cash-handling procedures
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Visual ability to read detailed information in low light
• Manual dexterity for handling and carrying items
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• Capacity to perform physical activities such as balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
• Mobility to travel 300 feet regularly during shift
• Ability to stand continuously during service hours
• Moderate hearing ability
• Excellent vision for product inspection
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and multitask
• Organizational skills and attention to detail under busy conditions
• Ability to handle customer service challenges tactfully
