The growing team at Hilton Columbus Downtown is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Room Attendant to join their Housekeeping department. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest service that Hilton is renowned for, especially as the hotel expands its offerings and capacity. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and suites, ensuring that each space is impeccably maintained to meet stringent hospitality standards. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as worldwide travel discounts, DailyPay, free parking or discounted bus pass, shift meals, and paid time off starting from the first day of employment. As a Room Attendant at Hilton Columbus Downtown, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by attending to the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and tracks, stripping and replacing linens, removing used amenities, and disposing of trash. You will also be tasked with stocking the housekeeping cart as needed, greeting guests with friendliness and professionalism, replenishing guest amenities, and responding promptly to special guest requests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
