• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hotel Management, or Business preferred
• minimum of two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
• one year of line-level experience or equivalent education and experience
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
• knowledge of food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
• ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and lift items over 40 pounds overhead
• capability to transport food and utensils weighing up to 10 pounds
• willingness to perform physical activities including stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• professional demeanor with pleasant appearance
• strong leadership and organizational skills
• capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively
