  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hotel Management, or Business preferred
  • minimum of two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • one year of line-level experience or equivalent education and experience
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • knowledge of food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and lift items over 40 pounds overhead
  • capability to transport food and utensils weighing up to 10 pounds
