The Food and Beverage Restaurant Team Leader position at Vail Resorts plays a crucial leadership role in ensuring superior service quality and maintaining operational excellence within the restaurant setting. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing floor service, supporting management with operational tasks, and promoting teamwork among staff members to deliver a polished dining experience for guests. Duties include responding to guest needs, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, supporting ongoing training efforts, enforcing health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment maintenance. This role demands effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to service excellence. This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and to have prior experience in a restaurant, supervisory, or guest service role. Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants without housing availability should consider transportation logistics.
