The Front Desk Manager at Ocean House plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all front desk and bell/valet operations. This role involves managing guest registration, reservations, and guest services while supervising and developing front desk staff. The manager is responsible for coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining adherence to hotel policies and standards. This includes handling budgets, monitoring daily workflows, resolving guest issues, and conducting performance evaluations. Exempt team members must be flexible, willing to work extended shifts and weekends during peak seasons, and ready to travel if necessary.
This role is essential for maintaining the luxury standards that define the Ocean House Collection, working closely with the Director of Front Office & Chef Concierge to uphold the brand's reputation. The Front Desk Manager must exhibit exceptional leadership skills, exceptional time management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that promotes excellence.  - Strong supervisory and leadership skills
