As a member of Trash Butler's team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional valet trash and recycling collection services at the doorstep of residents in apartment communities serviced by the company. This position does not require prior experience, as comprehensive training is provided to help you excel. The role involves evening shifts from Sunday through Thursday, starting promptly at 8:00 pm and typically lasting 2 to 3 hours. It is a physically active job that requires collecting bagged trash and recyclables directly from resident doorsteps using assigned trash totes or carts, and safely transporting waste to designated dumpsters or chutes on-site. The position offers a competitive pay structure of $60 per day, paid semi-monthly, along with incentive programs including employee referral bonuses, performance incentive bonuses, sales lead referral rewards, and a unique next-day pay option.
