We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Breakfast Server to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest interactions and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Breakfast Server, you will be at the forefront of the guest dining experience, responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar according to the hotel’s franchise standards each morning. Your role will involve ensuring that guests receive exceptional service by attentively addressing their needs and questions while promoting an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere. The position requires physical endurance to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds, as well as excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal appearance. As a part of the Hilton Garden Inn team, you will learn to operate the hotel MICROS register system used for processing guest payments and orders efficiently. This position not only involves food service duties but also includes maintaining cleanliness and compliance with county health codes and Hilton’s quality assurance standards. You will be expected to set up and replenish the breakfast bar continuously during service hours, ensuring a variety of appetizing items are available for guests. Collaboration with management on inventory and feedback is also an essential part of the job.
