The Alumni Coordinator position at Las Cruces Recovery Center plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the facility and its alumni—individuals who have completed treatment programs. This position focuses on planning and implementing outreach strategies that foster community, engagement, and ongoing support for alumni, strengthening their connection to the center. Working closely with the Clinical Director and Facility CEO, the Alumni Coordinator develops and executes a comprehensive alumni outreach plan, including an event calendar featuring quarterly and annual reunions, social outings, and community celebrations. A key responsibility of this role involves managing communications with alumni through various channels, including newsletters, phone, text, email, and the CaredFor App, which serves as a platform for alumni engagement and referrals. The Alumni Coordinator is tasked with collecting, updating, and analyzing alumni data within Salesforce and other directories to identify opportunities for enhanced outreach and to support the facility's referral growth goals. In addition to event planning and communication, the Alumni Coordinator curates content for social media and the facility’s website in collaboration with the digital marketing team, ensuring the alumni community remains informed and engaged. The role includes facilitating weekly groups with clients preparing to discharge to introduce alumni services and building rapport through early treatment group sessions. This active involvement helps new clients envision their journey post-treatment while fostering a supportive environment from the start. Las Cruces Recovery Center offers a competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications along with a comprehensive benefits package. The position is full-time, with a strong emphasis on community involvement and collaboration across departments to enhance patient and alumni experiences.
