Further responsibilities include offering guidance and referrals to local entertainment, dining, shopping, sports events, tourist attractions, and car services, enhancing residents’ access to the best that the area has to offer. Another essential part of the role is handling operational tasks such as documenting, securing, and tracking mail, deliveries, and vendor services efficiently at designated areas to ensure safety and accountability. The concierge also manages telephone communications, oversees the monitoring of the lobby area, and controls building access cards and keys to maintain security standards.
