As a Front Desk Associate or Doorman, the individual serves as the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building. The concierge also manages telephone communications, oversees the monitoring of the lobby area, and controls building access cards and keys to maintain security standards.
The position requires excellent communication skills, a polite and friendly demeanor, and agility in multitasking and time management. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also necessary as part of the physical demands of the job.
