The Events Programming Production Assistant role at Marquee Development's North Loop Green is a part-time position within the Marketing & Events Department. Reporting to the Event Manager of North Loop Green, this nonexempt role offers a starting pay rate of $23.00 per hour. As a vital member of the events team, the Production Assistant will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations and execution of diverse programming on The Green, including public events, fitness classes, seasonal markets, private functions, and more. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in active, outdoor environments and enjoy creating welcoming and memorable experiences for a broad audience.
Key responsibilities include managing event setup and takedown processes, operating site infrastructure such as video and sound systems, maintaining inventory and event equipment, and serving as a public-facing ambassador to visitors and vendors. The Production Assistant will also track and report event data, prepare event documentation, and ensure the readiness and upkeep of The Green throughout shifts.
