The General Manager role at Camping World is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all dealership operations to achieve maximum sales performance and profitability. This full-time position requires a dynamic leader who can manage and develop a knowledgeable sales team while driving innovative strategies to boost sales and enhance store profitability. The General Manager will be accountable for managing inventory levels accurately to ensure adequate stock and optimize turnover. Key responsibilities include overseeing the dealership's profit and loss statements, adhering to budgetary constraints, and implementing cost control measures to safeguard the financial health of the store.
