We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our team. This role serves a critical function as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of our organization. Additionally, the role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CAO, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance various priorities efficiently. As a Receptionist / Executive Assistant to the CAO, you will play an integral part in managing daily operations at our front desk and supporting executive-level duties. Responsibilities range from greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries to coordinating meetings and preparing important documents for the CAO. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication within the office and between external stakeholders, supporting the CAO in overseeing deadlines, projects, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in administrative or executive assistance roles, preferably within healthcare or corporate sectors, and possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion. This is a full-time position that requires dedication to maintaining an organized and welcoming work environment while providing exceptional support to the CAO. The role involves multitasking in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for extended hours during special projects or organizational events. Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal skills will thrive in this position, contributing to the overall success of the administration office and company operations.
