The position available is for a Receptionist at Hudson Grande Senior Living, located in Hudson, Ohio. This is a PRN (pro re nata) role, offering flexibility with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. The work schedule is as needed, covering evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning well with candidates seeking part-time or variable hours. The Receptionist serves as the "First Face" of the community, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, and staff alike. This role acts as a welcoming host, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects the community's warm and inviting atmosphere. The Receptionist also functions as the "Go-To Guide," proficiently addressing inquiries from residents, guests, vendors, and employees either in person or via telephone. Additionally, the individual will provide behind-the-scenes support as an "Exceptional Assistant," helping the administrative team with various tasks and ensuring timely, professional handling of phone calls. The position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as frequently lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. It also demands physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for much of the day, with some sedentary work. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be criminally cleared, and in good health as verified by a recent health screening including tuberculosis testing.
