Operating from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm daily, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of quality and service to meet the expectations of our valued customers. Our kitchen team plays a crucial role in upholding the reputation of our culinary offerings, ensuring every dish not only meets but exceeds the standards of taste, presentation, and safety. The Line Cook / Prep Cook position is integral to our culinary operations. This role requires proficiency in handling various cooking stations—five in total—and preparing ingredients to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be familiar with food safety and ServSafe procedures, which are paramount to our kitchen's operations. Beyond technical skills, this role demands a positive attitude even during the busiest and most stressful shifts. The Line Cook works closely alongside fellow cooks and the Kitchen Manager, supporting them to maintain smooth service flow and food quality. Teamwork, service excellence, and a good work ethic are the cornerstones of success in this position. Candidates should expect to engage in multiple kitchen duties, including setting up stations, cooking, cleaning, inventory management, and even assisting in dishwashing duties when necessary.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar kitchen role
