As a General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of operations at your assigned property, with a key focus on optimizing financial performance and enhancing the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include managing revenues and expenses to maximize profitability, actively participating in sales efforts by engaging with clients and key accounts, and utilizing technology systems for efficient management and reporting. You will ensure that the property complies with all regulatory requirements and internal standards. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle guest concerns personally when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
• Or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
• Or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
