As a General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of operations at your assigned property, with a key focus on optimizing financial performance and enhancing the guest experience. This full-time role requires a strong leader who can effectively oversee sales initiatives, budgeting, and hotel compliance, while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team, motivating staff, and fostering a culture of excellence that drives guest loyalty and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include managing revenues and expenses to maximize profitability, actively participating in sales efforts by engaging with clients and key accounts, and utilizing technology systems for efficient management and reporting. You will ensure that the property complies with all regulatory requirements and internal standards. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle guest concerns personally when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Leadership is a core component of this role, requiring you to coach and support your management team and associates while building positive relationships with corporate leaders, property owners, vendors, and local community members.
