The position is responsible for cleaning public areas, bathrooms, lobby spaces, employee bathrooms, locker rooms, pool, and fitness centers following company procedures and standards. With operations running 24 hours a day, seven days a week, flexibility in shift days, hours, and timings is necessary. The role demands thorough cleaning including sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, floors, furniture, and various metal surfaces. Employees are expected to pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all areas not only meet but exceed cleanliness standards set by the company. Alongside cleaning duties, this role also involves assisting guests with inquiries, adhering strictly to safety and security guidelines, handling lost and found items, and supporting other housekeeping team members when required. The successful candidate will be someone who is proactive, capable of following instructions well, and able to work with limited supervision. Physical aspects of the job require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, constant movement, and the ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, and reach for extended durations.
