The Customer Service role at Tony's Fresh Markets is vital to supporting the Administration Department by ensuring that high standards of customer satisfaction are consistently maintained at the store's Front-End operations. This position involves supervising Front-End staff including cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance personnel, while actively participating in customer service and cash handling duties within a fast-paced retail store environment. The role demands a leader who exemplifies the company's core values by delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Employees in this role are entrusted with managing customer flow efficiently, processing refunds, voids, rain checks, handling coupons, and supporting the front-end team in daily activities. This job also includes operational responsibilities such as opening, crunch time management, and closing efficiencies.
This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about retail service, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and are willing to take on supervisory responsibilities to help maintain a smooth and welcoming store environment. The role is full-time with a competitive hourly pay scale ranging from $14.40 to $20.00, and individual compensation is based on factors such as location, skills, education, and experience. Managers also have the potential to earn quarterly bonuses based on company performance metrics.
