Airport Red Coat Agent - HPN - $18.5 per HOUR

The incumbent will also coordinate the smooth flow of passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine while supporting ramp service agents to ensure accessibility equipment is ready and available. Working in this capacity demands excellent customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the resilience to work under varying weather conditions outdoors. The job includes operating equipment such as jet ways and computerized reservation software. This is a team-oriented role, where collaboration and clear communication are key to meeting tight operational deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Must be a local (in-state) resident
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
• No prior experience necessary
