The Concierge position at Related Management Company is a full-time role that serves as the heartbeat of the building and the first point of contact for residents and guests. This role is integral in setting the tone of hospitality and professionalism through creating a calm, polished, and welcoming experience daily. Working primarily during weekend afternoon and overnight shifts as well as early weekday mornings, the Concierge is expected to maintain a poised and friendly demeanor while ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. In this role, the Concierge will greet residents and guests warmly, manage visitor announcements and package deliveries, and maintain a clean and inviting lobby. Security responsibilities include monitoring building cameras and visitor logs as well as tracking vendor and contractor access to ensure safety and prompt responses to any concerns. This position also involves coordinating move-ins and move-outs, supporting leasing tours and community events, and offering lifestyle and community engagement by sharing local recommendations and maintaining bulletin boards. Additional duties include managing package room logistics, assisting with amenity reservations, and providing emergency response support in accordance with established safety protocols. The Concierge also plays a key role in fostering a team-oriented environment through daily communication and participation in team huddles. This position is compensated between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour, with an annual bonus that is performance-based.
