As a Team Lead in Customer Service, you will be responsible for managing a team of agents providing comprehensive customer service to passengers. Your duties will encompass leadership, overseeing the arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and complaint resolution processes. This role demands attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle complex customer needs, including support for passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and those needing wheelchair assistance. Additionally, you will coordinate with ramp agents and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies while promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace. • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• must be at least 18 years of age
• must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
• must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
• must be frequently able to climb and crawl
• must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements
