The position is focused on leading a team of agents who provide vital customer service related to all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in processes (including boarding and baggage), reservations, and addressing customer queries or complaints. This leadership role requires a blend of operational expertise and compassionate customer handling to support passengers through various stages of their airport journey, including those with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth coordination with ramp agents for managing wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked baggage, as well as the seamless facilitation of passenger flow through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine. In addition to operational duties, this role includes monitoring compliance with safety regulations, enforcing company policies on safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity, and promoting a respectful and lawful working environment. The individual must be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering passengers with care, often in challenging weather conditions and shift patterns encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
  • must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
  • must be able to frequently climb and crawl
  • must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
  • must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements
