The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to passenger services, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively support their team while ensuring that customer needs are met in a courteous and timely manner. In this role, the Team Leader will also handle special passenger requirements such as assisting unaccompanied minors, VIP guests, and passengers needing wheelchair support. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with airport, customs, immigration, and quarantine procedures and work closely with ramp agents to facilitate smooth operational flow. The job involves enforcing safety standards and company policies, including anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity guidelines, to create a safe and respectful working environment.   • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
