The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to passenger services, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively support their team while ensuring that customer needs are met in a courteous and timely manner. In this role, the Team Leader will also handle special passenger requirements such as assisting unaccompanied minors, VIP guests, and passengers needing wheelchair support. They will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with airport, customs, immigration, and quarantine procedures and work closely with ramp agents to facilitate smooth operational flow. • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
• must be at least 18 years of age
• must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
• able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
• frequently climb and crawl
• able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
• able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements
