The role available is that of a Ground Service Agent who plays a crucial part in the airport operations team. This full-time position demands an individual who can adeptly handle the loading and unloading of passenger baggage, air cargo, and mail with precision and care. The Ground Service Agent is responsible for the safe transport and handling of customer property, ensuring protection against weather conditions, theft, damage, and loss. This position also involves guiding and directing aircraft while coordinating with wing walkers to operate pushback equipment safely. Candidates must be physically fit to perform tasks that include lifting heavy weights repeatedly, maneuvering in confined spaces, and working at heights. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other airport personnel.
The successful candidate will undergo specialized training, including ramp and Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) training, to obtain airport authority identification and security clearance.  - must be at least 18 years of age
 - must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
 - must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
 - must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
 - must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods
 - must be able to work in cramped or high places
 - must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs
 - high school diploma or GED
