The Airport Lounge Cleaner (Appearance Care Associate) role at HPH is focused on supporting the operations within the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, located in Terminal 4 at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. This position is hourly with a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour. The Appearance Care Associate is responsible for a broad range of cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the lounge environment remains pristine, welcoming, and in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. This role is critical in delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining cleanliness and order within the lounge’s designated areas. Key responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, restocking beverage stations, and performing detailed cleaning of furniture, carpets, and fixtures. The associate is expected to adhere strictly to sanitation guidelines and safety protocols to uphold the high standards synonymous with HPH and the Chase Sapphire Lounge. Success in this position requires a hospitality-focused mindset with a genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Standing for an entire shift, often lasting up to ten hours, and physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, twisting, and walking are essential parts of the job. Appearance Care Associates will also report any maintenance issues and comply fully with company policies. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning preferred
• Must be able to stand for long durations during shifts
