You will also assist with stocking, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the bakery area. Panera requires strict adherence to health and food safety standards, including the completion of food safety training and possession of a Food Handler’s Card where applicable. The role requires flexibility, including working nights and weekends, along with the physical ability to perform duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating bakery tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
