The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at BURGER KING acts as the executive leader of the restaurant, responsible for overseeing profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and operations. Reporting to the District Manager, the RGM supervises a capable staff including Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members. The role demands a strong focus on driving sales, motivating the team to exceed guest expectations, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The RGM plays a critical part in managing the restaurant's P&L to maximize profitability while ensuring a friendly, fast, and clean customer service experience. Additionally, the RGM is involved in resolving guest concerns quickly, participating in local community events, and championing recruitment, training, and employee recognition programs.
This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, complemented by bonus pay opportunities. The schedule requires weekend availability, holiday shifts, and typical 10-hour workdays, underscoring the importance of flexibility and leadership commitment.
