The Property Attendant’s duties include managing maintenance tasks such as cleaning carpets, performing light electrical and plumbing repairs, engaging in drywall repair, painting, and conditioned air unit cleaning, among others. The role also demands diligent inventory management of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring materials are ordered and stocked adequately. The attendant will actively support the housekeeping team by preparing guest rooms, removing linens, moving furniture, and helping identify maintenance needs to ensure guest satisfaction. Understanding and following emergency procedures and maintaining property security are essential safety responsibilities.
